Maven Plastic Colorant – Gray used for Flexible PVC, aka FPVC (2pct let down, or 50-1 ratio)

Flexible PVC, often used in flooring and applications a less-rigid PVC plastic, needs specialized colorant.  This colorant is compatible with this special blend of more flexible PVC plastic pellets.

Plastic Colorant Specs:

Brand: Maven Plastic Colorants

Color: Medium Gray

Compatible Materials:  PVC, Flexible PVC

Let Down (Mix Ratio): 2% or 50:1 (pellets to colorant)

Maximum Temp: 570 °F

Minimum Temp: 85 °F

Min Melt Flow Rate: 1.9 gpm

Max Melt Flow Rate: 2.1 gpm

Container Type: Bags of varying size and weight, as well as standard gaylord boxes

Container Sizes: 1 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb, 50 lb, 100 lb, bulk gaylord (often 2000 lb)

Country of Origin: USA, Dallas, Texas

Plastic colorants are added to compatible plastic resin pellets and used to add color to manufactured parts and components.
